How Water Conservation Helps In the Long Term

Water conservation is very important, but it also affects us in the long term. If we don't conserve now, we might have to go scrambling for water in the future. This may cost us a lot. For example, if we don't conserve now, we won't have water to drink. This could lead to many people perishing of water shortage. If we humans, have trouble finding water, then so will the plants, meaning that the plants could go extinct. This may leave us without both food and fresh air. A perfect example would be places like Africa, that are already going through this crisis! Even if we decide to use irrigation, it will cost us lots of money. If we don't conserve now, we will be leading ourselves to our own extinction. If you don't want to regret your actions later, conserve now and you will make a difference.

* Irrigation- Taking water from another country for your country's use.
